Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 11 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In case of unplanned delays, such as high order volume, or postage problems, you will be contacted individually.

EU Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer 3 GDP flat rate shipping to all EU countries.

For orders over 40 GDP shipping is free. Other shipping discounts could be applied, you will be informed about these discounts at checkout.

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer 3 GDP flat rate shipping to UK.

For orders over 40 GDP shipping is free. Other shipping discounts could be applied, you will be informed about these discounts at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping ( all countries outside UK & EU) are currently unavailable. Please contact aleksas.slavinskas@estele.eu if interested in purchasing the product. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 11 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aleksas.slavinskas@estele.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
